I run Refyra Workflows. I install fast lead-response systems for your agency’s clients, so their team can turn fresh interest into a real conversation. Your agency works with me and pays me; you choose how to package it for your clients.

THE GAP YOUR ADS CAN’T FIX

A good lead.
A slow reply.
A missed opportunity.

Your campaign gets the click. The form gets filled. Then the lead waits.

Meanwhile, your client’s team is on a job, in a meeting, or catching up on yesterday’s enquiries. By the time someone calls, that lead may have moved on.

And the advertising gets the blame for a follow-up problem.

WHY THE FIRST MINUTE MATTERS

What if your client can’t call within 60 seconds?

Your clients’ teams probably can’t call every new lead within 60 seconds. Refyra responds within about 10 seconds, asks one useful question and alerts the employee. This keeps the lead engaged while the employee gets ready to call. If the lead replies first, their answer gives the employee useful context for the conversation.

A SHORTER PATH TO A REAL CONVERSATION

Fast response.
Human from there.

I handle the first few seconds so your client’s people can handle what comes next.

01

Keep the lead engaged.

Within approximately 10 seconds, a short SMS or email acknowledges the enquiry and asks one useful question.

A helpful hello, while interest is fresh.
02

Get the right person’s attention.

The system calls or alerts your client’s employee, with the enquiry details ready for the conversation.

No lead left sitting quietly in an inbox.
03

Hand over to a human.

When the employee accepts, they are connected with the lead. A real conversation takes it from there.

Their people. Their expertise. Their customer.

Written by people. Handed to people. Fixed, thoughtful messages with a relevant detail from the form. No AI voice agent. No endless chatbot conversation.

LESS EXPLAINING. MORE SHOWING.

Be the lead.
Then take the call.

Choose a business, send a fictional enquiry, and watch the first response become a human handoff.

Standby

Why SMS here? A short text fits this customer’s appointment enquiry. One helpful question keeps the lead engaged while the team gets ready to call. Why wait until 9 seconds? The automation can trigger almost immediately. Allowing for SMS delivery, a message could arrive in roughly two seconds—but that can feel robotic. This short, intentional pause makes the acknowledgement feel more considered and human.

MAKE MORE OF THE LEADS YOU ALREADY GENERATE

You bring the interest.
Help it go somewhere.

Better follow-up gives good advertising a better chance to do its job. That’s the outcome I’m working toward with your agency.

Start with one client
01

Fewer enquiries going cold

A quick acknowledgement keeps the door open while your client’s team gets ready to speak.

02

More chances to book

Get interested people into real conversations, where your client can answer questions and arrange the next step.

03

More from the same ad spend

Improve what happens after the form submission before asking the client to spend more on the next click.

04

An extra service, on your terms

Give clients a more complete service without building the system yourself. Include it in your offer or create an additional revenue opportunity with your own markup.

YOUR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP. YOUR COMMERCIAL CHOICE.

You choose the client.
I handle the setup.

Your agency is my customer. I install the system inside your client’s lead-handling process, and your agency pays me under our agreement.

How you and I work together

01

You choose one suitable client.

Pick a client with inbound enquiries, a team to handle calls and a way to track appointments.

02

I install and test the system.

I fit the response and employee handoff into that client’s lead-handling process.

03

Your agency pays me.

You and I agree the terms before launch. I don’t charge your client directly.

You decide how to offer it

Include it in your service

Absorb the cost to add value to your existing client relationship.

Charge for the added service

Offer faster lead follow-up as an upgrade to your current package.

Resell with your own markup

Set your client-facing price and build in a margin that works for your agency.

You keep control of your client pricing. I handle the system setup.

DONE FOR YOU, DOWN TO THE HANDOFF

A small addition.
A better first impression.

I set up the response flow for your client and test it with their team. You don’t need to become the technical middleman.

A PERSON BEHIND THE PROCESS

Hi, I’m Zaid.
I’ll handle the handoff.

I’m focused on a simple gap: the time between an enquiry arriving and a real person responding. Your agency has already done the work to create interest. I help your client’s team act on it.

I work with your agency, set up the response flow inside your client’s process, and test it with their team. You have someone to talk to about the wording, the setup and what the pilot is showing.

QUESTION 1 OF 4
Is this client already getting inbound enquiries?

Think of people submitting an ad or website form, rather than a list of cold contacts.

THE 30-DAY, ONE-CLIENT PILOT

Let me earn
my place.

I’ll test it on one suitable client for 30 days, and your agency only pays me if it gets that client more booked appointments.

Find your first pilot clientA conversation about fit. No need to have it all figured out.

A good fit looks like this

  • A client already receiving inbound enquiries
  • A real team available to speak with leads
  • A way to track booked appointments
A CLEAR START. A CLEAR REVIEW.
01Choose one suitable client
02Agree the appointment baseline and measure
03Install and test with their team
04Review booked appointments after 30 days

I agree suitability, appointment measurement and payment terms with your agency before launch. You decide whether and how to charge your client.

AGREE THE MEASURE BEFORE THE FIRST LEAD

What counts as
a better result?

Booked appointments are the pilot’s outcome. Before launch, I agree with your agency exactly what gets counted and how the comparison will work.

01

Choose the starting point

Agree the comparison period, lead sources and client records. Note enquiry volume and any changes in ad spend, campaigns or staff availability so the review has context.

02

Define a booked appointment

Agree which enquiries are eligible and what evidence confirms a booking. Decide in advance how to treat duplicates, repeat enquiries, reschedules, cancellations and no-shows.

03

Keep one shared record

Use an agreed booking record to connect each eligible enquiry to its appointment status. Review the record together so missing information can be resolved.

04

Review after 30 days

Compare the agreed measures with the baseline and discuss any changes that affected the result. Your agency pays me according to the pilot agreement.

No moving the goalposts. Counting rules, the comparison and payment terms are agreed before launch. A booked appointment, an attended appointment and a sale are different outcomes; I keep them distinct.

KNOW WHAT YOU’RE BOOKING

A conversation first.
A clear next step after.

You don’t need a finished brief. Bring one client you think could benefit, and I’ll help you work through the fit.

01

Book a time

Choose an available slot in my calendar. Start with a client and a rough picture of how their enquiries are handled.

02

Walk through the lead process

Tell me where enquiries come from, who follows up and where the delays happen. I’ll ask about appointment tracking and the team’s availability.

03

Decide the next step together

If there’s a fit, I’ll outline the setup and agree measurement and terms with your agency. The client’s involvement is confirmed before installation.

Helpful to bring: one client, their main enquiry source, and how they currently record appointments.
